Job Description:

As Altria’s Associate Manager, Employer Brand, you’ll lead the execution of how we attract, engage, and inspire talent — from the content we create to the communities we build to the stories we tell. You’ll partner closely on strategy, bring forward ideas and recommendations, and turn priorities into thoughtful, high-quality execution.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and resourceful — someone who can move ideas into action, build strong partnerships, and help us strengthen how our employer brand shows up in the market.

  • Benchmark Altria’s employer brand presence against relevant competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen impact
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with internal and external partners, including timelines, deliverables, and executional alignment

We Want You to Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with writing, designing/developing, and editing content directly including graphics (motion and static), videos, employee stories, campaign assets, and career site content

  • Strong understanding of social media, analytics, and digital content best practices
  • Creative mindset paired with sound judgment and data-informed decision-making
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong alignment with leadership and cross-functional partners
