Do you want to lead the way in shaping how innovative brands connect with audiences across channels—while managing, designing, and delivering impactful paid media campaigns? If you have a proven ability to build and scale paid media channels—driving performance, optimizing budgets, and delivering measurable business impact—we want to speak with you! We are currently looking for an Associate Manager, Paid Media to join our Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) in Richmond, VA but are open to a remote work arrangement.

 

As an Associate Manager, Paid Media you will craft and deliver paid digital marketing campaigns to support enterprise business objectives. Your expertise will facilitate channel optimization and improvement of our existing digital marketing capabilities.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, for multiple brands, from conception to launch
  • Working cross-functionally to align channel and campaign strategies across the organization
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign and channel performance to relevant business partners
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media performance metrics
  • Partnering with senior leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to establish media buy strategies and authorizations for multiple paid digital platforms (CTV, OLV, display, audio, and paid search)
  • Collaboratively inspecting and enhancing audience targeting capabilities and ensuring channel marketing compliance
  • Designing and implementing channel-level testing roadmaps to optimize performance, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

 

What we want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, specifically: CTV, OLV, display, audio, and paid search
  • Experience managing multiple agency relationships
  • Ability to develop and communicate data-driven decisions
  • Strong sense of curiosity and passion to learn, self-starter, comfortable questioning the status quo and suggesting alternative solutions
  • Consumer centric mentality; passion for developing a positive and strong relationship between the consumer and our brands
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across functions, inclusive of strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Successfully lead implementation of ideas through proof of concept
  • Knowledge and experience performing tests with the paid digital channel to facilitate rapid optimization
