We are seeking an experienced Workfront Product Owner to lead the strategic vision, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront across our marketing teams and marketing technology stack. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing processes, strong product ownership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver process improvements, enhance system capabilities, and drive adoption. You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive system documentation and delivering actionable reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Adobe Workfront, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Gather, refine, and document user and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead product enhancement implementation, adoption strategies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Partner with other product owners, business teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Assist development team in mitigating risks, resolving dependencies, and removing blockers.
- Manage support activities and processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and compliance with company policies.
- Lead the configuration and administration of Adobe Workfront, including user management, workflow design, and system optimization.
- Leverage Workfront Fusion capabilities and design patterns for automation and integration.
- Build and maintain data processes that ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data quality best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architectural diagrams, workflows, and configuration details.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting and dashboards within Workfront to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop, enhance, and deliver training materials and sessions to support user adoption.
What We Want You to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role with Adobe Workfront.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration, user management, and workflow design.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and experience implementing process improvements.
- Knowledge of Adobe Admin Console, Adobe IMS, and Workfront Fusion.
- Workfront Core Developer or Workfront Administrator certification required.
- Familiarity with AEM Assets and content workflows.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Awareness of data quality best practices and experience building data processes.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $116,200.00 - $168,400.00.
