We are seeking a Manager, Regulatory Quality Compliance Infrastructure, to join our team in Richmond VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.
The Manager, Regulatory Quality Compliance Infrastructure, sets priorities and provides day‑to‑day direction for regulatory quality capabilities within the PLM program. The role ensures PLM solutions support business needs while maintaining compliance, system integrity, and usability in real operational workflows. It manages competing demands, makes informed tradeoffs, and reduces unnecessary complexity. Success is measured by delivering clear business value through practical, standardized, and adoption‑ready solutions.
What you will be doing
- Lead cross‑functional communication and partnership with stakeholders to align priorities, gather and validate business requirements, build consensus, and oversee the development and testing of system enhancements while providing clear system updates and direction.
- Lead the development, standardization, and documentation of business processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support consistent system use. across teams
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and technical resource on cross-functional teams for exploratory and troubleshooting activities; lead impact assessments, as well as identification/documentation of root cause(s); initiate and lead Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) as needed.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues by clearly communicating impacts and recommended actions to appropriate decision‑makers to enable timely approval and implementation of solutions.
- Develop and maintain project scope and schedule for system‑related initiatives; identify required resources and lead validation and integration testing of new system elements.
- Build and sustain trusting relationships through authentic, transparent communication and the consistent application of constructive, candid feedback.
We want you to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in regulatory systems, operations, compliance infrastructure, or related roles, experience with Dassault 3DX is a plus.
- Experience leading or supporting Agile, cross-functional, or matrixed teams.
- Project Management and/or Product Owner experience.
- Solid background in business process development and data management tools.
- Experience working with Operations, Product Development, Science, Innovation, or Systems teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Design Thinking experience.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
