We are currently seeking a Manager Marketing Analytics to join our Consumer Experience Organization in Richmond, VA but are open to a remote work arrangement.
The role will focus on integrating diverse consumer, retail, and digital data sources to optimize marketing activations and improve audience strategies. This position requires an individual with strong cross-functional influence and the ability to guide analytical workstreams.
What you will be doing:
- Integrate diverse and disparate data sources to evaluate marketing and retail activation performance, uncover consumer response trends, and identify growth opportunities.

- Developing audience strategies by aligning activations and offers with historical trends, budgets, and behavioral insights.
- Translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations to optimize marketing across digital and retail channels.
- Analyzing consumer segments to identify behavioral drivers, lifecycle opportunities, and performance differences across cohorts.
- Crafting and refining KPI frameworks to measure offer awareness, redemption, and funnel performance for data-driven decisions.
- Automating recurring analytical tasks and accelerating decision-making through scalable processes, data pipelines, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Conducting statistical analyses such as correlations, regressions, hypothesis testing, and propensity modeling.
- Acting as a strategic partner to marketing, brand, retail activation, and data teams by sharing insights and influencing key decisions.
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s (MBA/MSBA or quantitative subject area) preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer analytics, or similar analytical roles.
- Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital and retail activation channels and their performance measurement.
- Skilled in interpreting consumer data and applying statistical techniques (e.g., regression, correlation, hypothesis testing).
- Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical insights to business partners with varying data proficiency.
- Proven experience influencing decisions and collaborating across cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $116,200.00 - $168,400.00.
