Are you ready to build best-in-class operations software for the CPG industry? We are seeking a Manager Sales Pricing Systems Technology to lead integration initiatives for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) platforms within our enterprise ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system
- Document and help redesign promotion, funding, accrual, deduction, and settlement processes
- Translating business needs into clear system and integration requirements
- Support integrations between TPM, ERP, POS/scan data, AR, and analytics environments
- Help define data mapping, validation rules, and exception handling logic
- Support UAT, troubleshoot defects, and help prepare for go-live
- Identify inefficiencies and propose smarter, more automated workflows
What we want you to have:
- Experience in trade promotion, revenue, claims, deductions, or order-to-pay environments
- Comfort mapping business processes and working in system-driven environments
- An understanding of how data moves between systems (Azue, SAP, ERP, AR, POS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Curiosity, accountability, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- TPM platforms
- Deductions / AR platforms
- CPG, retail, or consumer products environments
- Knowledge of APIs or system integrations
- Software Development and/or Engineering Management
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $116,200.00 - $168,400.00.
