Altria is currently seeking to hire a Manager – Sales Solutions Engineering to join our team. In this role you will work with 3rd Parties and Accounts on implementing and supporting our digital products & programs.

What you will be doing:

• Work with assigned accounts on leveraging the full spectrum of Altria digital products to meet their goals.
• Conduct analysis on activity and trends to provide back to trade partners.
• Build tools to help team members quickly identify and resolve trade partner issues and concerns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to discuss account progress and program participation health.
• Lead trainings on respective digital products to empower AGDC teams.

What we want you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior Management Experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience at a CPG company.
• Prior experience in account management.
• Prior experience building or selling digital products or programs.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience with Databricks, SQL.
• Prior experience with technology product ownership or project management.
• Understanding of or interest in software architecture and intelligent design.
• Experience with APIs, integrations.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
