We are actively recruiting an Associate Manager, Data Architect, to join our team in Richmond VA.

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Work closely with business partners to understand and translate business objectives and strategies into comprehensive data product requirements.
  • Lead the design and development of data product blueprints and prototypes that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with data architects and engineers to refine high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment to architectural principles.
  • Identify and recommend essential data and technology infrastructure components required to support the development, deployment, and scalability of data products.
  • Establish and enforce data architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across data initiatives.
  • Innovate and design solutions that optimize data usage, streamline data workflows, and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and operationalization of data products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture and management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

We want you to have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience as a Data Architect, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on data management, solution design or data products.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver complex technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical partners

Compensation and Benefits

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $115,400.00 - $167,300.00.
