We are searching for an Associate Manager Regulatory Systems Analyst to join our Technology Transformation Services organization supporting our Regulatory Affairs organization. This position is located in Richmond, VA, but we are open to a remote work arrangement.  

 

What you will be doing:

 
•    Acting as the technical lead on regulatory reporting systems for our Regulatory Affairs organization and LIMS implementation project for our Regulatory Sciences organization 
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams including internal and external resources 
•    Advising on technical aspects of the software development lifecycle, including technical specifications, system design, and integrations 
•    Supporting cross-team initiatives including scoping, requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, and launch phases - Identifying innovative solutions to technical issues, roadblocks, and risks that may impair the team’s ability to meet business goals 
•    Leading troubleshooting efforts and facilitate the resolution of system issues 
•    Responding to ad-hoc IT related requests from business clients. 
•    Tracking and monitoring systems’ technical health 
 

We want you to have: 


•    Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related subject area from an accredited college or university 
•    6+ years of experience with project leadership or with developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions - Experience operating under 21 CFR requirements 
•    Experience crafting technical documentation - Experience with SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks 
•    Experience supporting regulatory reporting systems or business processes preferred 
•    Experience supporting technology deployment to lab environments preferred 
•    DevOps knowledge or experience preferred - Project management experience preferred
