Have a bachelors' degree with ten years of experience in procurement and/or HR, with expertise in HR operations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and service delivery? We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, HR Service Optimization & Supplier Strategy  to join our Accelerated Business Solutions organization. This role can be based in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements. Must be willing to travel as needed, approximately 25-30%

 

This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services, optimizing supplier relationships, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a transformational mindset, leveraging data insights and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement to enhance HR service delivery and supplier partnerships.

 

What you will be doing:

Supplier Management:

  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of supplier management strategies for Hire to Retire (H2R) and Human Resources & Compliance, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and promoting innovative practices.
  • Monitor supplier performance, risks, and opportunities, ensuring contract compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Service Management:

  • Maintain and analyze supplier performance data, including KPIs (quality, delivery, compliance, cost, innovation).
  • Oversee service and supplier management for key areas, including:
    • Outsourced HR Services
    • Fleet Management
    • Relocation
    • Collections
    • Third-Party Labor
    • Service Anniversaries
    • Leave Management Administration

Leave Management & Continuous Improvement:

  • Manage Leave and Life processes, ensuring effective coordination with providers and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations through effective program policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and transformation.

 

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and/or HR, with expertise in HR operations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to translate overarching strategy into actionable day-to-day operations.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, ERISA), and best practices in supplier management and risk mitigation.
  • Proficient with service management platforms, data visualization tools, HR technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable operations, manage budgets, and foster collaboration in diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with a focus on driving efficiency and aligning with strategic objectives.

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $128,700.00 - $196,200.00.
