We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join the Customer Supply Chain – Strategy and Systems Infrastructure Analytics team in the Richmond, VA area.

 

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for navigating data and process landscapes across the Supply Chain. You will proactively investigate new and undefined spaces, structure insights from fragmented datasets, and design Power BI analytics that shape decisions at operational and leadership levels. You’re not just creating dashboards — you’re driving clarity, influence, and measurable business outcomes. This position can be either remote or in the office; some in-person meetings may be required throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise and relationships across the Supply Chain and influence business initiatives.
  • Run deep‑dive discovery of unclear, inefficient, or undocumented processes; translate them into defined analytical opportunities.
  • Examine, develop, and deliver enhancements to a PowerBI App space to optimize the user experience.
  • Lead project initiatives, including planning, testing, and overseeing the transition to production environments.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps as an analytics backlog, define acceptance criteria, and run iterative delivery cycles.
  • Evaluate source system quality, reconcile discrepancies, and recommend improvements to upstream and downstream data flows.
  • Serve as a thought partner who challenges assumptions, drives evidence‑based decision‑making, and elevates analytical maturity.

Specific Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant supply chain/analytics 2+ years job experience required
  • Solid business acumen and ease in engaging with all organizational levels. Awareness of your role's influence on overall business strategy. Skill in prioritizing tasks in line with enterprise goals. Comfortable entering undefined spaces and turning them into structured problem statements and analytical stories.
  • Knowledgeable of supply chain management processes and systems
  • Well-developed problem solving and analytical capabilities to identify root problems and continuously improve processes
  • A strong sense of curiosity about our systems, processes, and opportunities in our business
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with others both remotely and in-person
  • Proficient with SQL; experience in PowerBI preferred

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $91,500.00 - $132,750.00.
