Are you ready to shape the future of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) strategy and analytics? Join our VMI team as a Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain (VMI), where you’ll play a critical role in advancing forecasting, replenishment strategy, and analytics capabilities for our VMI customers.
In this role you’ll blend analytical skill, strategic thinking, and supply chain expertise to strengthen inventory health, enhance operational performance, and unlock long term business value. Please note: Eligible candidates must be able to work East Coast business hours to ensure alignment with team and customer needs.
What You'll Own and Drive:
- Strategic Forecasting & Replenishment: Provide strategic oversight of forecasting by interpreting emerging patterns and trends to influence long‑term planning and VMI replenishment strategies.
- Analytics, Systems & Continuous Improvement: Influence system enhancements by shaping requirements, validating improvements, strengthening forecasting, analytics, and replenishment capabilities.
- Business Value & Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic business opportunities that drive value, operational efficiency, and partnership growth for VMI customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve VMI forecasting processes and apply insights to guide and execute daily replenishment activities for VMI customers.
- Lead supply chain readiness strategy for new product launches and expansions, ensuring forecasting, inventory positioning, and replenishment activities align with overall business objectives.
- Evolve VMI KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboard reporting to deliver meaningful insights and ad‑hoc analysis that supports data driven decision making.
- Contribute to special projects and cross‑functional initiatives that advance supply chain strategy and business priorities.
- Represent VMI in cross-functional initiatives between Customer Supply Chain and AGDC.
- Promote a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusion while modeling inclusive behaviors and forward‑thinking leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management with a focus in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, forecasting, inventory management, or a related field.
- Experience with advanced forecasting methodologies or predictive analytics.
- Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or comparable supply chain fulfillment systems.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data, uncover patterns and root causes, and drive informed decisions.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations that influence strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership in continuous improvement or process innovation, including identifying opportunities, challenging existing approaches, and driving meaningful change.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate insights, influence outcomes, and partner effectively across teams and organizational levels.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, exercising sound judgment and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to work East Coast business hours regardless of location.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $91,500.00 - $132,750.00.
