We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Care team within the Consumer Experience Organization. This role will lead initiatives that elevate the voice of our adult consumers (ATC21+) and deliver seamless, data-driven care experiences across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in omnichannel care delivery, digital transformation, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in aligning care strategies with marketing activations, optimizing workflows, and integrating emerging technologies—including generative AI—to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is open to flexible work arrangements.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead consumer care strategies across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems, automation tools, and AI-driven care solutions.
- Analyze consumer feedback, care metrics, and operational KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
- Align care operations with broader consumer experience and brand strategies.
- Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in consumer communications and data handling.
- Drive process improvements and lead teams through change and tech adoption.
What we want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer care, digital marketing or e-commerce within CPG or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for consumer-centric innovation and emerging technologies.
What we are also looking for:
- Experience with generative AI pilots or automation in care environments.
- Proven success in implementing and scaling consumer care solutions across multiple channels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-and-learn environments.
- Familiarity with vendor management and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of compliance standards in consumer data and communications.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $88,800.00 - $128,850.00.
