We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Security – Manufacturing to join our Corporate Security organization in Richmond, VA.
This role plans and executes physical security operations across multiple manufacturing facilities and warehouses, ensuring effective infrastructure, policies, and contracted services are in place to protect employees, products, and facilities.
What you will be doing:
- Lead physical security operations across manufacturing campuses and warehouses
- Assess and strengthen security infrastructure using technology, analytics, and intelligence
- Develop and oversee site‑specific security plans and post procedures
- Lead security investigations, incident reporting, and trend analysis
- Partner with manufacturing leadership on risk mitigation actions
- Manage contract security providers and facility security training
- Promote workplace violence awareness and prevention initiatives
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related discipline preferred
- 10+ years of private security, military or law enforcement experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience leading physical security and asset protection programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of physical security systems and infrastructure
- Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment
Additional Role Requirements
- Up to 25% travel
- Ability to work extended or varied hours as required
- Effective performance in high‑stress situations
- Moderate physical activity, including walking, lifting, searching, and carrying moderate weight
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $132,500.00 - $202,100.00.
