Are you ready to lead the implementation of a trade partner web site at one of the most recognized names in consumer goods? Altria Group Distribution Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Trade Portal to drive engagement, innovation, automation, and transformation with AGDC’s trade partners.
This role is key to AGDC’s communications modernization strategy, enabling multi-channel distribution of content and enabling interactive capabilities for AGDC’s trade partners, improving consumer experience through improved execution of AGDC’s business initiatives in retail stores. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the supportability and scalability of trade portal solutions going forward.
What you will be doing:
- Organize a multi-channel engagement strategy supporting AGDC’s FSF, trade partners and third parties to effectively communicate actions required in support of AGDC’s business initiatives
- Lead the implementation of AGDC’s trade portal leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with integrations with other Salesforce products and back-end technology leveraged by AGDC
- Define an oversee the roadmap of capabilities delivered through the trade portal, including prioritization, creation of user stories and definition of acceptance criteria
- Manage a team of two direct reports with clear objectives and coaching to grow support and project management and Salesforce delivery expertise
- Oversee vendor relationships and build cross-functional relationships across Altria
- Develop measurement tools to understand engagement and facilitate change management to ensure smooth adoption of new trade partner solutions.
What we want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- MS, MBA (experience may substitute)
- 3+ years Salesforce implementations
- 2+ years people management
- 1+ year supporting trade marketing, sales or related commercial functions.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud implementations
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and Salesforce Components like LWC
- Proficiency in automation design
- Process improvement and optimization
- Team and project management
- Data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python)
- Vendor and partner management
- Change management and digital transformation
- Business process automation (BPA)
