As an Associate Analyst, Procurement Operations, you’ll build hands-on experience across Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations. You will collaborate with partners, vendors, systems, and data to support an efficient procurement organization. This position is in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule. Relocation benefits will be provided.

 

You’ll chip in to the daily execution of procurement processes while developing valuable experience in analytics, technology, process improvement, and operational excellence. What you will be doing:

  • Supporting day-to-day procurement operations and resolving process-related issues to help ensure efficient Source-to-Pay execution.
  • Assisting with procurement systems administration, data management, and user support activities.
  • Supervising procurement data quality and operational controls to promote accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Participating in projects committed to improving procurement methods, systems, and the overall user experience.
  • Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and service providers to address operational needs and support effective procurement processes.
  • Maintaining process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support users and consistent ways of working.
  • Supporting audit, compliance, and governance activities while finding opportunities to strengthen operational quality and controls.

 

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with proficiency in using data to identify risks, opportunities, and potential improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems, processes, technologies, and business applications.
  • Internship, academic, or project experience related to business operations, procurement, logistics, financial management, analytics, or process improvement preferred.
  • Experience with business systems, reporting tools, or enterprise applications preferred.

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $72,900.00 - $107,100.00.
