We are currently seeking an Associate Manager, Talent Solutions, to join our H2R Talent Solutions team in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work schedule. Relocation benefits will be provided.

The Associate Manager, Talent Solutions, will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and the key link to our application management services (AMS) partner for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance Management. • Diagnose system issues by gathering evidence, assessing data dependencies, and partnering with the Employee Central owner and AMS to drive resolution.
  • Lead business readiness for compensation and performance review cycles, organizing communications and user guidance that explain system changes clearly.
  • Identify improvement opportunities from feedback and recurring issues, recommending practical enhancements that strengthen usability, standardization, and data integrity.
