We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join the Customer Supply Chain – Strategy and Systems Infrastructure team in the Richmond, VA area.
In this role you will be building strong cross-functional relationships, developing business strategies, and designing and delivering infrastructure to support our operating companies’ products, promotions, programs, and distribution channels.
What you will be doing:
- Develop expertise and relationships across assigned operating companies and/or business segments and influence business initiatives.
- Understand and translate operating company initiatives into order-to-cash system designs, and lead implementation of these designs to deliver for the business.
- Own, manage, and streamline business critical order-to-cash master data and processes within assigned operating companies and/or business segments.
- Influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and deliver results.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement enhancements to order-to-cash systems to increase simplicity, efficiency, and automation.
- Lead cross functional project initiatives, including planning, testing, and implementation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing processes for opportunities to automate, simplify or optimize.
- Develop and maintain clear comprehensive documentation for new and existing processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, develop solutions, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to support individual and team development.
What we want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant supply chain/logistics 4+ years job experience required.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain management processes and systems.
- Proven experience managing projects and delivering results.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including setup and functional use.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and functions. Demonstrates an understanding of broader business strategies and how the role contributes to enterprise priorities.
- Quickly learns new skills and subject matter necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Proactively organizes, leads, and influences cross‑functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvement.
- Curious, inquisitive mindset with a desire to understand systems, processes, and business opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both virtually and in person.
- Proficient with MS Office suite and comfortable learning new technology quickly
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
