As the Continuous Improvement & Governance Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) organization's operational excellence strategy. Partnering with teams across Accelerated Business Solutions (ABS), Technology, and business functions, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve governance, enhance user experiences, and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and value.


You will handle a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning process optimization, automation, technology enablement, artificial intelligence adoption, and business transformation. You'll have the opportunity to influence how work gets done across the organization while helping establish procedures and governance frameworks that support long-term success. The position is in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule and relocation benefits are provided.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities to improve S2P processes
  • Leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
  • Applying process improvement methodologies to eliminate redundancies, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience
  • Supporting automation, AI, and technology enablement initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness
  • Helping ensure pivotal initiatives are managed effectively
  • Facilitating cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and align business partners for continuous improvement efforts supported by data and measurable outcomes
  • Developing reporting structures that provide leadership with insight into organizational priorities, project progress/status, risks, dependencies, benefits realization, and resource alignment
  • Maintaining governance processes for the S2P continuous improvement portfolio
  • Collaborating with the Senior Manager and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to align process improvement initiatives with the overall procurement strategy and company goals

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in continuous improvement, business process management, project management, governance, operational excellence, procurement, finance operations, shared services, or business transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and processes
  • Knowledge of S2P processes and standard methodologies
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Influence without direct authority to move initiatives forward
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and technology solutions

Compensation and Benefits

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
