As an Associate Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role within our Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting functions across the enterprise. This role will report to a Director of Financial Planning and will be relied upon for your strategic perspective, analytical savvy, and ability to partner optimally across the business.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing functional budgets, including leading collaborative meetings with business leaders to review full‑year and year‑to‑date variances
- Managing the pro/con process over the course of the year to ensure accurate and timely financial updates
- Preparing the OpCo Expense Flash and Forecast on a quarterly basis and across all budget cycles
- Developing long‑range and scenario modeling to support strategic and financial planning
- Leading project work and providing support to teammates as needed throughout the year
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of business experience with a focus on accounting, auditing, financial reporting, financial analysis, or budgeting
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills paired with outstanding business judgment
- Proven ability to be a collaborative team member, supporting peers and providing mentorship and recommendations to all levels, including management
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and large ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional designation (CPA, CMA) or a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Cost Accounting experience strongly preferred
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
