In this role, you will serve as a Graphics Specialist II in Richmond, VA. You will partner closely with brand, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to translate creative concepts into our high-quality printed packaging that performs on press, in production, and for consumers!

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating with Brand Management and external design agencies throughout the packaging design and development process
  • Translating creative concepts for print‑ready packaging that meets quality, cost, and manufacturability expectations
  • Developing and implementing packaging plans from early concept through factory implementation
  • Applying printing expertise to ensure accurate color, print consistency, and successful press outcomes
  • Leading cross‑functional discussions to ensure packaging meets product, manufacturing, and consumer requirements
  • Leading project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using established project management tools
  • Supervising project progress and recommending adjustments to keep initiatives on track
  • Ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and internal standards throughout development
  • Partnering with suppliers and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize print performance
  • Providing clear, timely updates to business partners and customers

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, ideally Printing, Graphic Communications or similar
  • 3+ years of experience applying printing technologies or handling print‑related projects
  • Practical experience converting raw artwork into print‑ready packaging and performing color matching
  • Solid understanding of offset, gravure, digital, and flexographic printing technologies
  • Ability to influence and collaborate efficiently across teams and suppliers
  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and project‑planning skills
  • Self‑motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently with high initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to clearly present technical information to cross‑functional groups and leadership
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support business needs

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $80,800.00 - $118,750.00.
