We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to support Enterprise Technology projects within the Technology & Corporate Development organization. This position is in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule. Relocation benefits will be provided.
In this role, responsibility for driving Agile execution rests with you as the primary delivery leader. You will facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions advancing Innovation, Quality, and their business functions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, vendors, and delivery partners while helping advance enterprise Agile transformation efforts.
What you will be doing:
- Leading Agile delivery efforts across technology portfolios supporting Innovation, Quality, and Safety, Health & Environment business functions.
- Serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Project Manager, and Delivery Leader responsible for planning, execution, dependency management, and ongoing improvement activities.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Program Increment execution, Scrum of Scrums, system demonstrations, retrospectives, and sessions for collaboration between teams.
- Collaborating with Business Relationship Managers, Product Owners, architects, delivery teams, and vendors to align priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Driving Agile transformation initiatives by promoting Agile principles, frameworks, guidelines, and continuous improvement across teams and partner groups.
- Establishing delivery metrics, reporting frameworks, and key performance indicators to provide clarity into program health, team performance, and value realization.
- Leading delivery risks, dependencies, resource coordination, and customer communications to ensure successful execution of strategic technology initiatives.
- Supporting technology solutions delivered within regulated environments while ensuring adherence to governance, quality, compliance, testing, and organizational change requirements.
We want you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of Information Technology, Information Systems, or a combination of technology and business-focused roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading technology project, program, or product delivery initiatives applying Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting of delivering TrackWise Digital (TWD) solutions and maintaining relationships with consulting partners, contracted resources, and technology vendors.
- Experience serving in a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Project Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Program Manager, or similar Agile delivery leadership role.
- Experience delivering technology solutions supporting Innovation, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Safety, Health & Environment, or other regulated business functions.
- Experience directing technology initiatives within SDLC-governed and regulated environments, including validation, documentation, testing, deployment, change control, and audit requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, including facilitating Program Increment planning, dependency management, roadmap execution, and cross-team coordination.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
