In this role, you’ll drive enhancements, releases, and upgrades within our TrackWise Digital (TWD) and Quality Document Management System (QDMS) platforms while partnering closely with business partners, subject matter authorities, and IT teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business needs.

Richmond, VA is the preferred location for this position, with a hybrid work model. Relocation benefits are available. We will also consider remote candidates whose experience and qualifications closely align with the role's requirements

 

What you will be doing:

Program Delivery and Release Leadership

  • Delivering and leading assigned TWD and QDMS program initiatives from planning through go-live and hyper care.
  • Leading unit sprint testing to include review of test cases for accuracy prior to assignment, assigning test cases to testers, and managing execution.
  • Owning Azure DevOps (ADO) metrics for assigned workstreams and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to business partners on a regular cadence.
  • Planning and completing user acceptance testing cycles and post-implementation hyper care support for platform releases.

Change Requests and System Enhancements

  • Gathering and documenting change request requirements, researching and authoring user stories and test cases, and reviewing them with business owners before development begins.
  • Delivering system enhancements and upgrades that meet business requirements.

Platform Integrity, Upgrades, and Access Management

  • Leading testing efforts that validate environment functionality remains intact following annual and interim platform upgrades.
  • Participating in and supporting enterprise identity and access management work
  • Supporting emerging platform capabilities

Business Partner Engagement and Knowledge Transfer

  • Guiding business users who are new to Agile ways of working and to Azure DevOps, coaching them through sprint participation, test execution, and defect handling.
  • Serving as a knowledge resource for system administration, creating and maintaining procedures.
  • Connecting testing and delivery metrics to broader business outcomes when reporting to senior partners, framing status in terms of compliance risk, schedule, and business impact.

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree, or advanced degree in information technology.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a systems or quality technology role such as business systems analyst, designer, programmer, or tester, with hands-on exposure to the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience with Trackwise or other quality management system preferred.
  • Working knowledge of a regulated quality management system platform strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience with Agile delivery and with Azure DevOps for backlog, test case, and metrics management.
  • Demonstrable ability to plan and lead test cycles, including test case authoring and review, tester assignment, defect triage, and schedule management.
  • Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking.

 

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
