Are you passionate about transforming manufacturing performance and eliminating process losses at scale? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Lead to take ownership of process excellence within our Richmond facility,driving data-informed decisions, improving equipment capability, and coaching teams to deliver sustained results.
 
In this role, you’ll be at the center of operations analyzing process data, identifying root causes, and implementing standards that improve performance line by line. You’ll partner closely with frontline teams, influencing how work gets done every day while building capability and ownership across the operation.If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy turning complex data and problems into practical, lasting improvements, this is a unique opportunity to make a visible impact.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify and eliminate top process losses
  • Ensure appropriate application of problem-solving tools to drive out losses, identify root cause and improve overall process capability
  • Standardize & implement equipment operating and work processes for their area and reapply as needed
  • Understanding need to change and updating centerlines as appropriate; communicate and train the team on changes
  • Actively participates in the execution of the action plan for the day to tackle the top loss
  • Standardizing and improving rapid changeovers (RCO)
  • Generate and analyze weekly loss tree data & quarterly loss analysis to prioritize weekly & 90-day plan action items
  • Conduct regular health checks on active Daily Management Systems to identify opportunities, develop actions to resolve gaps, and share results in DS meetings
  • Actively participates in line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings to report centerline (CL) compliance & Changeover (CO) adherence to plan
  • Identify ways to coach and build capability of team members on Integrated Work System tools and processes

Specific Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (mechanical, electrical, industrial, etc.)
  • Experience in analyzing data and proficient in data driven platforms (i.e. Power BI, Tableau or any other relevant software)
  • Manufacturing Production experience and knowledge of processes and equipment.
  • Experience using Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Can make decisions using independent judgment under time constraints with minimal direction when required
  • Demonstrate the ability to balance multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Can draw upon knowledge and experience to resolve problems, identify needs, and apply logic / deductive reasoning to develop and implement lasting solutions
  • Skills in strategic thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, decision making, and organization.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $80,800.00 - $118,750.00.
