We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Analyst Manufacturing to join our team in Richmond, VA. You are responsible for scheduling all maintenance activities in Utilities/Facilities within the Manufacturing Center, to include direct materials and finished goods, and scheduling project activities as it relates to craft personnel conducting the work.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Schedule planned, preventive, refurbishment/rebuild, and project work within Utilities/Facilities, and DM/FG, on a weeklong and weekend basis throughout the year.
- Develop mid-term plans for managing backlogs of required maintenance activities.
Liaison with Business leaders, Maintenance Planners, Project leaders, Staffing, Contractors and other Schedulers to develop plans and schedule work. - Develop shutdown plans for 2 extended shutdowns and 4 extended weekend shutdowns to allow larger projects to be executed.
- Lead a team of Craft Planners and provide direction for the Planned, Preventive, and Predictive work process flow.
- Optimize schedules for craft resource and backlog management.
- Prepare all work orders for scheduled work for Maintenance Unit Leaders and close completed work orders.
- Present scheduling plans to Business Area leaders, to include leading weekly meetings with them.
- Provide backup support for mid-term and long-term preventive maintenance plans for all Utilities/Facilities equipment, to include Maintenance Plan development.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred or experience in a field related to maintenance or engineering activities.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate sophisticated scheduling information to internal and external partners.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills are vital to communicate across diverse cross functional groups.
- Highly developed analytical skills to build scheduling solutions in atypical scenarios.
- Highly developed end-user level digital literacy (Excel, ERP systems like SAP).
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $91,500.00 - $132,750.00.
