You'll partner with leaders across the organization to create impactful communications and learning experiences that keep employees informed, engaged, and prepared to support the future of our business.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders across PM USA to create and deliver timely, accurate, and engaging employee communications.
  • Manage and maintain communication channels, digital platforms, and communication calendars to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Support leadership communications, business updates, town halls, workforce meetings, and employee engagement forums.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance employee engagement, awareness, and connection to business priorities. 
  • Coordinate training logistics, learning events, and development initiatives for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing employee communications, engagement initiatives, and/or training programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, meetings, or employee development programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $91,500.00 - $132,750.00.
