We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction through mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities to enhance shareholder value. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience at a leading investment banking or management consulting firm, demonstrating strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Strategic Planning: Support corporate strategy development and execution, collaborating with senior leadership to evaluate market trends and identify potential growth areas.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead or support deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Partnerships & Investments: Assess new business opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, including market entry and investment analysis.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and review detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support business cases and transaction decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams and workstreams to ensure timely and successful execution of projects and transactions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and reports for executive management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct industry, competitor, and market analyses to inform strategic recommendations.

 

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier investment banking or consulting firm, with exposure to M&A, corporate strategy, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

 Preferred Qualifications, Education, & Experience

  • Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, integration planning, and execution.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific dynamics relevant to the company’s sector.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $132,500.00 - $202,100.00.
