We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist Quality Training to administer training within SAP SuccessFactors Learning across our manufacturing and support organizations.  You will translate compliance and business requirements into assigned, trackable, audit-ready learning.  You will work alongside peer specialists, factory training leads, subject matter experts and system admins.

This position is in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule.

What you will be doing:

  • Administering training items, curricula, classes, and assignment profiles in SuccessFactors Learning for the manufacturing population.

  • Maintaining training records, completion tracking, and compliance reporting to support internal and external audits.
  • Producing, analyzing, and communicating compliance reports and dashboards to factory and functional leadership.  Identifying compliance risks and escalating overdue training.
  • Supporting organizational change management initiatives related to training execution.

  • 3+ years of experience in the development of training materials in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. FDA, GxP, ISO).
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.  You will conduct training classes throughout the year.
  • Working knowledge of quality document management systems, controlled documents, and training records as inspection evidence for an audit.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (LMS standard and custom reports, Excel, and Power BI) and comfort working with large data sets.  You should have some experience building Excel VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, and Review).  Familiarity developing training videos using software such as simpleshow.
  • One industry certification (e.g. American Society for Quality or equivalent) or ability to secure one within a year.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to connect compliance requirements, learner needs, and business priorities.
  • Familiarity with change management practices and continuous improvement in a shared services model.

The successful candidate will combine technical learning management system expertise, quality compliance knowledge, data analysis skills, and strong stakeholder partnership capabilities to ensure a highly compliant, audit-ready, and operationally effective training program.

Will remain posted until Friday, October 9th, 2026.
